We do not offer international shipping at this time. However, if you are interested in OLA Beach Tennis paddles, balls, or apparel, please let us know and we can try to find a way to send the product to you.

Not to worry, we recognize that the shipping process is not always kind. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@olabeachtennis.com and we will help to start the return process. We will be happy to replace your item or issue a refund.

At OLA, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our products defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the purchase, we are happy to initiate a return. Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. Use this link to get started with your return.

We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. We are a small but mighty team and it can take up to 2 business days for us to fulfill your order. Please expect up to a week to receive your order.
