We are happy to offer $7 flat rate shipping via UPS Ground in the U.S. for all orders; however, we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. We are a small but mighty team and it can take up to 2 business days for us to fulfill your order. Please expect up to a week to receive your order.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. But if you are outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, send us a note at hello@olabeachtennis.com and tell us where you are.

At OLA, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our products defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the purchase, please follow the guidelines below. Please email hello@olabeachtennis.com to get started with a return.

 Full Refund:

• Merchandise purchased online at olabeachtennis.com can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund. All orders placed between November 1st and December 31st can be shipped back within 60 days from the date of receipt for a full refund.
• Returns must be initiated via email. Items returned without first initiating the return process will not be accepted.
• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.
• Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return your original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
• Once an order is shipped, the address may not be able to be changed. Recess cannot offer refunds for packages shipped to an address that the customer does not have access to.
• Once we have received your item, we will issue a refund within 2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase.
